Polda Metro Jaya Resmi Tetapkan “Rizieq Shihab” Sebagai Tersangka

Negesindonesia.com | Polda Metro Jaya Secara resmi menetapkan pimpinan FPI Rizieq Shihab sebagai tersangka kamis (10/12/2020) kasus kerumunan massa petamburan , Tanah Bang , Jakarta pusat 14 November 2020.

Kabid humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus menjelaskan polisi sudah melakukan gelar perkara kasus kerumunan massa dan pelanggaran protokol kesehatan tersebut yang berlangsung Selasa (8/12/2020).

Dari serangkaian bukti yang diperoleh dan gelar perkara polda Metro Jaya ada menyimpulkan MRS sebagai Tersangka kasus pelanggaran protokol kesehatan dan kerumunan petamburan tanah abang ,Jakarta Pusat.

“Selasa kemarin sekitar tanggal 8 Desember, tim penyidik krimum Polda Metro Jaya telah menggelar perkara tentang tindak pidana kekarantinaan kesehatan dan juga pelanggaran 160 dan 216 KUHP pada saat acara akad nikah putri dari MRS,” katanya

Dari hasil gelar perkara tersebut didapatkan satu kesimpulan bahwa MRS telah melanggar Pasal 160 dan 216 (KUHP) dan di tetapkan sebagai tersangka.

“hasil gelar perkara menyimpulkan ada enam yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. Yang pertama sebagai penyelenggara Saudara MRS sendiri. Disangkakan Pasal 160 dan 216 (KUHP),” ujar Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus, Kamis (10/12/2020).

Keenam orang tersebut yang sebelumnya berstatus saksi kini ditingkatkan menjadi berstatus tersangka dugaan kerumunan , yakni Ketua Panitia Maulid Nabi dan pernikahan putri Rizieq berinisial HU, Sekretaris Panitia berinisial A, dan penanggung jawab bidang keamanan, MS , Adapun dua lainnya yakni penanggung jawab acara, SL; dan kepala seksi acara, HI.
“Enam orang ini kita tingkatkan dari saksi sebagai tersangka,” kata Yusri.

Kapolda Metro Jaya Irjen Pol M.Fadil Imran Menambahkah polisi akan segera melakukan penangkapan kepada MRS dan keenam orang yang sudah ditetapkan menjadi tersangka.

“Polda Metro Jaya segera melakukan penangkapan kepada tersangka kasus dugaan kerumunan “MRS” dan enam orang tersebut setelah ditetapkannya mereka sebagai tersangka”tegasnya.
