Negesindonesia.com – Kabupaten Gresik Kembali sandang predikat Wajar Tampa Pengecualian (WTP) atas laporan hasil pemeriksaan (LHP) Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Perwakilan Jatim tahun anggaran (TA) 2021.Rabu,(18/5/22).
Penyerahan Predikat WTP kabupaten Gresik dilakukan langsung oleh Kepala BPK Perwakilan Jawa Timur “Joko Agus Setyono” kepada Wakil Bupati Gresik Aminatun Habibah yang hadir bersama Ketua DPRD Gresik Abdul Qodir, dan Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Gresik Achmad Washil Miftahul Rachman beserta jajaran, pada Rabu (18/5), di kantor perwakilan BPK Jawa Timur di Jl. Raya Juanda, Sidoarjo.
Kepala BPK Perwakilan Jawa Timur Joko Agus Setyono menyampaikan bahwa pemeriksaan atas laporan keuangan daerah bertujuan untuk memberikan opini, dimana opini tersebut merupakan pernyataan profesional mengenai kewajaran penyajian laporan keuangan daerah.
“Meski pemeriksaan keuangan ini tidak dimaksudkan untuk mengungkapkan adanya penyimpangan atau _fraud_ dalam pengelolaan keuangan, namun jika dalam proses pemeriksaan ditemukan adanya penyimpangan atau kecurangan atau pelanggaran atas ketentuan perundangan khususnya yang berdampak terhadap munculnya potensi atas kerugian daerah, maka hal tersebut akan dilaporkan pada laporan hasil pemeriksaan,” ujar Joko.
“Kami berharap LKPD yang telah diperiksa oleh BPK dapat dipergunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam rangka pengambilan keputusan oleh DPRD dan pemerintah daerah terutama yang terkait dengan anggaran,” tambahnya
