Masker tersebut diserah terimakan melalui para isteri Camat yang juga ketua TP PKK Kecamatan se Kabupaten Gresik di Pendopo Bupati Gresik saat acara sosialisasi Pemilukada Gresik kemarin.
Dalam keterangannya Maria Ulfa Sambari mengatakan bahwa masker tersebut sumbangan dari Satgas Covid Kabupaten Gresik yang bertasal dari berbagai pihak di Gresik.
“Kami membagikan melalui TP PKK karena kami yakin, organisasi ini ada dan aktif sampai di tingkat RT. Pembagian masker melalui PKK akan lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran. Para ibu ini lebih punya kesempatan dan aktif dalam bersosialiasasi dengan masyarakat” tandasnya melalui Kepala Bagian Humas Pemkab Gresik pada Jumat (9/10) di kantornya.
Sejak Maret 2020, tepatnya sejak pandemic Covid 19 mewabah, pertemuan TP PKK mulai tingkat Kabupaten sampai tingkat RT memang dibekukan. Sampai pada Rabu kemarin baru ada pertemuan yang berlangsung di Pendopo Bupati.

“Sesuai petunjuk Propinsi, Posyandu untuk balita kita laksanakan beradaptasi dengan kebiasaan baru. Sedangkan Posyandu untuk manula kita tunda dulu mengingat resikonya terlalu tinggi bila tetap dilaksanakan dimasa pendemi Covid kali ini.
Untuk pelaksanaan Posyandu misalnya, bisa dilaksanakan door to door atau diadakan diruang terbuka. Pokoknya tetap harus melaksanakan dengan sosial distancing, meminimalisir kontak fisik dan menyiapkan segala persyaratan sesuai protocol Kesehatan.”
